Katie Wright

Katie Wright is a director of senior housing programs for USI Alliance, an ICBA subsidiary, that provides Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) education and training, CRA support services, the CRA Collaborative Peer Group, and CRA qualified loans, investments, and services to community banks. In this role, she oversees national programs and leads a team of field representatives that foster partnerships between community bankers and senior housing providers to help safeguard older adults from financial exploitation. She brings expertise in program management, process optimization, relationship development, and data-driven operational leadership.

Prior to joining the Senior Housing Crime Prevention Foundation in 2019, she spent 15 years with an orthopedic company, where she successfully developed and implemented in-house training programs, managed fleet operations, and led other operational efficiency initiatives.

She holds a bachelor’s in marketing management from the University of Memphis.
